Trakm8 holdings group PLC is a market leader in the fast growing vehicle telematics market sector. Based in Coleshill and other UK locations but with a global marketplace Trakm8 is well placed to take advantage of current market opportunities. Increased fuel costs, reduction in operating costs and numerous employment laws such as Duty of Care are all driving increased interest in our products and services. Due to steady growth we are now looking for an experienced telemarketing team leader to join our fleet sales team in Coleshill.

The Role:
  • Coach, inspire and motivate a telemarketing team.
  • Develop new business for the Company via the telephone
  • Engage with new customers to understand needs and requirements and map these into the product/service on offer
  • Manage team KPI's, call volumes and quality
  • Team management - setting of goals, monitoring performance, coaching and mentoring, personal development.
  • Management reporting - production of daily/weekly/monthly call statistics for management reporting purposes
  • Ensure the team meets the required sales targets.
  • Ensure disciplined use of Salesforce.
  • Ensure achievement in KPI's in terms of call volume, quality of calls etc.
  • Manage all team members to achieve personal and team goals.
  • Ensure that the team deals with all incoming leads into the business and distributes accordingly to the correct person/department
  • Forecast and analysis of telemarketing data.

The Person:
  • Substantial (3+ years) experience of working in a targeted telesales/telemarketing environment is essential some of which needs to be gained at team lead level
  • Comfortable working to KPI's and sales targets
  • Strong in objection handing and getting through to the decision maker
  • Excellent customer service skills - both written and verbal
  • Good attention to detail - making sure all calls are logged on Company CRM and followed through
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office - especially Excel for reporting
  • Strong leader, capable of developing and supporting the team

Desirable Skills:
  • Previous experience of selling telematics, Cameras, Optimisation or any other fleet management solution
