Role and Responsibilities

The Academy Coordinator role responsibilities include;

Being the first point of contact for learning and development queries and enquiries
Coordinating, booking and administering a range of Academy activities and
projects as directed by the Head of Global Academy
Managing and scheduling resources for Training delivery
Venue research and booking to include coordinating appropriate room layout and
equipment requirement
Distributing course materials and equipment
Regular, timely client liaison and communication
Identifying training opportunities
Marketing Training courses to clients
Maintaining accurate and easily accessible records and processes for all learning
and development activities and processes including recording and monitoring attendance
Managing course registrations, confirmation and follow-up
Distributing, collating and reporting course evaluations
Organising Academy Meetings
Developing and maintaining positive, collaborative working relationships with all staff to
sustain the reputation of the Academy team as a customer focused function.
Attending meetings, taking notes and progressing actions as required

Essential Requirement
The successful candidate will have;
A good standard of general education
Previous experience in a similar role (training)
Previous experience working in a fast paced, customer focused environment
Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
Excellent interpersonal and customer facing skills
Professional telephone manner
Evidence of strong administrative and organisational skills
Ability to prioritise workload and multi task effectively
Ability to work under pressure whilst retaining a strong eye for detail
Demonstrable skills to work within a team
Ability to assimilate information quickly and accurately
Proactive and self-motivated with a 'can-do' attitude
A willingness to learn and progress

Desirable Requirement
The successful candidate may have;
Experience working with the Automotive Industry
A background in a Training related role
Sales
Working experience knowledge of SharePoint and Survey Monkey

Working Hours : 09.00 to 17.30 pm
