Our client is one of the most well-respected names in the Healthcare IT sector providing specialist scheduling solutions. With over 150 NHS clients, they are an established software supplier with a large presence covering the whole of the UK. Their offices are based in Burton upon Trent which is centrally located to service their ever-increasing, nationwide client base. Due to market growth and recent business successes they are now looking to expand their existing established sales team in order to drive the business forward.

A successful candidate will ideally have experience within a B2B sales role where you showed a proven track record in lead generation and nurturing, identifying client's business needs and finally closing sales. Candidates will be expected to attend client meetings off-site, therefore strong communication, public speaking and rapport-building skills are essential to be considered. This role will be focused on targeting clients within the Healthcare sector and associated markets, therefore any exposure to these areas will be of special interest.

The role of the Hybrid Sales Consultant would be to drive new business, therefore breaking down the door and selling the extensive range of exciting new Software Solutions in to an account base of Public and Private Healthcare clients. The Hybrid Sales Consultant will spend a majority of their time establishing themselves within new accounts and working with the customers to increase our client's overall market share however be given the opportunity to develop and expand dormant accounts the organisation currently possesses.
