I am partnering with a leading private sector business who are looking for a Reward Manager to join their team based in Birmingham. Your primary focus of the role will be to be the centre of excellence for all variable pay bonus schemes and programmes.

What you will be doing?

* To be the expert advisor for their variable remuneration, including responsibility for modelling a high number of bonus schemes and incentive plans. Ensuring that all schemes meet business need, reward performance, while maintaining affordability and profitability.
* Mange the annual pay process.
* The management and development of sales compensation plans. Support to the transactional delivery team on the effective transition from design to delivery.
* Benchmarking structures as appropriate and provision of market insight to stakeholders across the business.
* Review the effectiveness of existing reward programmes; making recommendations for change as appropriate.
* Developing reward structures that encourage appropriate behaviours and support the wider business strategy.
* To support our HR teams in the grading of roles and be involved in the global grading project and association salary survey activities.
* To develop and present analytic data on remuneration including salary spend.
* Working closely with HR Directors to support the people strategy for all reward related activities.
* Working closely with other Reward & Benefits Manager's to ensure the full compensation and benefits package is the best it can be.
* Adhoc support on Reward projects.

What we are looking for?

* CIPD Qualified or equivalent.
* Experience in analysing and presenting reward date to senor stake holders.
* Experience of working within large, commercially focused, complex environments.
* Commercial awareness and knowledge of multiple reward and benefit packages as well programmes.
* Stakeholder engagement across a variety of levels.
* Experienced in presenting across all levels.
* Exceptional MS Excel knowledge.
