Are you looking for a new and exciting role working within a small family run organisation?

This exciting family-run organisation offer a great place to work and they are looking for a hard-working team player who is well organised, customer focused and has a good understanding of Accounts Administration. The successful candidate will be joining a small team of professionals who are currently driving the business through a period of growth.

As an Accounts Administrator you will be responsible for the following tasks:

Sales Order processing
Processing and raising invoices
Answering calls from clients and answering any accounts questions
Updating spreadsheets
Statement reconciliations
Preparing invoices for payment stageTo be successful in this role as an Accounts Administrator you will have the following skills and experience:

Proven experience within a similar role
Basic accounts knowledge with numerical skills
Experience of raising and processing invoices
MS office experience
SAGE experience would be an advantage
Able to work in a small teamAs an Accounts Administrator you will receive a salary of GBP20k-GBP23k based upon experience.

The hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm and they have parking on site.
