My client is a very successful established business they provide a highly efficient and professional design and planning service and are looking for additional team member providing support for the sales department.

Your role as a Sales Administrator will include working from drawings to produce quotations, liaising with salespeople when needed and clients to ensure all the information needed is correct. You will also be providing general administration support across a busy department.

As an experienced administrator, you will be working in a busy environment where time management, ability to prioritise workload and good attention to detail are important.

Your daily duties and main responsibilities would include:

* Downloading tender documents from a portal

* Working from drawings to produce quotations

* Liaising with clients, suppliers and manufacturers

* Dealing with enquiries over the phone or email

* Maintaining the customer database

* Providing admin support field staff when required

We are looking for an enthusiastic, pro-active and organised individual who can use their initiative within all areas of the business.

Good IT skills (Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook) and verbal communication skills are also essential.
