Are you interested in a career in Sales & Customer Service and want to earn while you learn?

As an Apprentice with Brammer Buck & Hickman we will aim to unlock your potential and equip you with all the skills required to move onto the next stage in your career. You will also obtain a nationally recognised qualification.

Joining as an Apprentice you will become a key point of contact for customers of the Birmingham branch and will be encouraged to maximise sales opportunities and provide excellent customer service whilst developing your skills and product knowledge.

The training provided will help you learn how to build those relationships with your customers and provide you with the necessary skills to deal with their requirements professionally and proactively.

The branch trading hours are generally Monday to Friday: 8.30am - 5.00pm and Saturdays: 8.00am - 12.00pm.

The key elements of the role include:

* Dealing with customers over the phone

* Responding to customer enquiries via email

* Processing orders and quotes

We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive person with a positive attitude who is keen to learn with good communication and IT skills.
