Your new company
My client is looking for someone to join their team on a temporary basis to assist the Purchase Ledger team throughout the holiday period. Due to the company growing, there may be an opportunity to stay on longer.
The working hours are Monday to Thursday 8am - 5pm and Friday 8am to 12.30pm, 37.5 hour week.
Your new role
Reporting to the Group Management Accountant, you will be assisting within the 8 different companies they look after so need to be versatile covering a couple of companies at a time.
You will be responsible for the purchase ledger invoices from start to finish, expenses, credit cards and any ad hoc duties required.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this role, you do need to have experience using Sage Line 50, be able to start immediately and have experience in working on high volume ledgers and invoices.
