B2C Outbound Sales Advisor
Winner Recruitment are currently recruiting for a B2C Outbound Sales Advisor to join a hugely successful leading health insurer based in Birmingham.
You will be joining a fun, friendly team within a busy sales environment.
The role will require you to work Monday - Thursday 12pm - 8pm and on a Friday 8.45am - 4.45pm.
You will have experience of previously working in a B2C role and contacting customers out of work hours.
The duties of the B2C Outbound Sales Advisor will include:
- Making up to 100 outbound B2C calls per day
- Increasing the recovery of lapsed policyholders
- Upselling existing policy holders accounts
- Retaining existing policy holders who intend to cancel their policy
- Ensuring accurate records of progress and correspondence are kept
- Reporting against sales targets
- Working towards KPIs and targets
The ideal B2C Outbound Sales Advisor will have:
- Experience of working within a similar role
- Previous B2C or B2B sales experience
- The ability to cross and up sell
- Excellent communication and written skills
- A can-do attitude
The salary for this role is GBP21,946 with an uncapped OTE, the highest earner currently in the team is taking home GBP30,000.
Hours of work are Monday - Thursday 12pm - 8.00pm and on Friday either 8.45am - 4.45pm or 9.30am - 5.30pm.
