Student Records and Data Reporting Officer
The Finance and Information Services team is seeking to recruit an individual to oversee and ensure the efficient and accurate recording and use of student data, delivering a quality service which maximises quality.
The post-holder will provide support to the Head of Information Services and assist in all areas of student records maintenance and fees assessment. You will also provide support to the Data Analyst with reporting on student data to inform decision making and to support the teaching and learning of our students. You will also ensure that audit controls are maintained to include validation and verification of the returns in a timely manner.
The successful candidate will have knowledge of statutory returns (particularly the ILR and HESA) and have worked in a client-focused environment, ideally in an educational establishment.
