A new opportunity has become available for a Sales Administrator to join an established manufacturing company in Walsall. You will be joining a successful sales team, processing orders, sending out quotations and taking payments over the phone. This is an exciting opportunity for somebody who is looking to gain experience in a well known organisation. Benefits include a permanent contract after a 12 week trial and 28 days holiday

THE JOB ROLE

  • Receiving inbound sales calls from customers
  • Working towards targets
  • Processing customer orders
  • Sending out quotations
  • Taking payments over the phone
  • All general administration - all the information is recorded on the database
  • Temporary to permanent position, 40 hour a week contract 8.30am - 5pm - Up to GBP17,680 per annum

EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS

  • Sales/customer relations background and ability to self motivate/motivate others
  • Demonstrate a professional telephone manner
  • Must be computer literate and have excellent keyboard skills
