Hamlin Knight is proud to be working with a Not for Profit client in the Coventry area.

We are looking to recruit an Accounts Administrator on a 9-12 month contract who has both experience in Purchase ledger/ sales ledger roles.

Reporting to the Management Accountant, the successful candidate will have a proven tract record as an Accounts Administrator.

You will be responsible for:

General accounts administration
Dealing with any accounts queries
Management of the nominal, purchase and sales ledger
Processing Sales invoices and Purchase orders
Credit Control
Statement reconciliations
Manage petty cash
You must have experience in both Purchase Ledger/Sales Ledger positions.

In return the business offers a salary of GBP21,200, benefits include 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, matching pension and can also be accessed easily by public transport.

Previous experience: Accounts Administrator, Finance Administrator, Purchase Ledger Clerk, Sales Ledger Clerk, Accounts Assistant, Assistant Accountant.

Easily commutable from Coventry, Rugby, Nuneaton, Birmingham, Leamington Spa, Warwick, Kenilworth.
