Our client is focused on delivering care and support to enable total health & wellbeing through working and later life. They are currently looking recruiting a Housekeeping Assistant to work to assist in the delivery of high quality, customer focused, cleaning, laundry, and housekeeping services. The Role Cleaning which is an essential function anywhere is absolutely critical at Town Thorns Care Centre. The level of cleanliness within the Village will be one of the first things that our existing residents notice and one of the most important factors that potential new residents and their families will consider before arriving at a decision to stay with us. The Person Previous experience of working in a housekeeping position within a facilities or hospitality or a customer focused environment is important, however, it's your attitude that will make the difference. Able to view the Centre and our customers' accommodation from their perspective, maintaining high levels of cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times. You will maintain all aspects of confidentiality and comply with all legislative requirements in relation to customers and colleagues, but most importantly deal with customers sensitively and with consideration at all times and in a manner that respects their dignity, independence and choice. You must able to drive to be suitable for this role.
