Employee Relations Advisor

Logic 360 Ltd are currently looking to appoint an experienced ER/HR Advisor for one of our major clients, to work as part of their established HR team. Reporting to the HR Manager, they will support operations management by providing proactive advice on employee relations and HR issues, in line with legislative requirements and best practice. This is a permanent position based fromm Warwick.

Responsibilities will include:
  • Dealing with employee relations case work, end to end, via email, phone and face to face.
  • Providing guidance to Line Managers on how to manage actual and potential Employee Relations (ER) issues.
  • Monitoring and managing long term and intermittent sickness absence with the assistance of the HR team and Operations Management.
  • Managing administration of and outstanding actions arising from induction and probationary reviews.
  • Assisting with TUPE and redundancy exercises.
  • Working with the HR team to develop structured processes and procedures which will form the basis for our service centre team.
  • Supporting the subcontractor function with on-boarding, compliance checks and dealing with complaints.
  • Supporting the work of the department by providing generalist HR support as required.

Skills and Experience:
  • Must be experienced in dealing with employee relations issues, as well as having some experience in a generalist HR role.
  • Have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels whilst working autonomously and prioritising their own workload.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Literate in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experienced in using HRIS databases for case management.
  • HR and other Company policies followed without exception.
