Responsibilities
*Preparing payroll; for 70-100 employees per calendar month
*General administration duties; ordering supplies, photo coping and scanning etc.
*Liaising with residents family members in a calm and friendly manner
*Preparing reports for various agencies
*Answering telephone calls and responding to emails
Skills
*Good knowledge of Microsoft office
*A calm and friendly approach and the ability to communicate at all levels
*Previous payroll experience would be an advantage although is not essential
*Excellent attention to detail skills
*The successful candidate will ideally have experience of working within the care sector
