Victim Support are looking for a Restorative Justice Area Coordinator based in either Telford or Shrewsbury. Do you have the Restorative Justice experience that we are looking for?In this role you will be responsible for delivering Restorative Justice (RJ) services across West Mercia. You will receive, assess and coordinate referrals whilst managing a caseload and delivering RJ interventions to meet the needs of service users (the harmer and the harmed) across this police force area. You will work alongside another Restorative Justice Area Coordinator and your own small team of volunteers to provide these services. To be successful in the role you will have excellent experience of delivering restorative justice interventions, you should also have experience of supervising, managing and motivating a team of volunteers.
