Invoice Query Clerk
Our client is a major OEM in Staffordshire with an enviable reputation as a leader in their field of manufacturing.
Due to internal promotion, an opportunity has arisen for a skilled purchase ledger clerk to assist in their busy finance department, investigating and resolving invoice queries. The aim of the role is to efficiently and promptly identify the reason for the query and take the necessary steps to correct this, resulting in payment to the supplier.
A strong background in a finance environment is essential, with a good understanding of purchase ledger and the queries that can arise around it. Good communication skills and the ability to manage several issues at one time are also essential along with accurate keyboard skills.
