A new opportunity for a Nights Customer Service Administrator has arisen to work for a well-established distributor. Our client offers a warm and friendly environment and you will be joining an existing team. The role is commutable from Newcastle and Stoke on Trent.

Job Description:

As the Nights Customer Service Administrator, you will ensure all customer orders are taken and completed to agreed deadlines for ordering allocations.
To ensure that all customer orders are taken accurately and that all orders are repeated back to them in a clear and timely manner.
As the Nights Customer Service Administrator, you will ensure that all requests for prep, fresh produce; are recorded on the system within the pre ordered deadlines.
Keep up to date with product knowledge and seasonal availability and keep customers informed of special offers and products available.
As the Nights Customer Service Administrator, you will ensure that all orders are released, and weights inputted correctly to ensure correct invoicing for customers.
As the Nights Customer Service Administrator, you will ensure all paperwork is ready for drivers at their designated start times.
To run reports at times stated on nightly check sheet and to print bulk sheets and accurately record sheets to runs. Ensuring all produce shortfalls are addressed.
To use the database to log unavailable items giving details of why and send alternative items where possible.
As the Nights Customer Service Administrator, you will collate a buying list for shorted items using the livestock, goods in sheets and physical checks.
To buy shorted items from market ensuring to get the best price possible for goods.
As the Nights Customer Service Administrator, you will contact any customers that have any product on their orders that are unavailable for that day's delivery.Candidate Requirements:

Excellent telephone manner.
First rate communication skills, demonstrating confidence, adaptability, dependability and initiative.
Previous experience in a customer service role.
Be able to demonstrate accurate data entry skills.
Ability to build rapport with customers to enable a high standard of customer service.
Must be able to adapt to new technologies and procedures quickly.
Able to work alone as well as part of a team.
Self motivated and able to work using own initiative.Hours: 4 nights over 7, a full weekend off every 3rd week (8pm-6am)

Salary: GBP8.50 per hour to start, increasing to GBP9.00 per hour after probation
