Location: Trench, Telford

Full Time/ Temporary until the 1st of March 2020

Hours of Work: 72 hours per fortnight

Salary: Scale 4, £20,702 per annum

The Role:

The Commercial Services Team are looking to appoint an ambitious and motivated Clerical Administrator to be responsible for providing administrative, clerical and IT support to the team, ensuring that the required work is carried out in line with the scheduled deadlines, within budget and to a high standard.

Other key responsibility in this role will include dealing with queries and liaising with other teams with in the Group, as well as external contractors. Completing timesheets, processing invoices, maintaining accurate work records and allocating planned work and reports to the relevant team members.

What you will need:

The successful candidate will need to be committed, enthusiastic and passionate about delivering excellent customer service. You are required to possess a minimum of 2 GCSE’s Grade A-C (or equivalent) in English and Maths and be able to demonstrate that you have excellent IT skills. Experience of working in an office environment is desirable, however this is not essential.

Given the department you will be working in, you must be able to demonstrate effective communication, strong team working, organisational and interpersonal skills and maintaining high levels of confidentiality at all times.

You will be expected to promote a positive, friendly and understanding attitude towards our customers and other colleagues in order to achieve consistency with the high levels of performance, efficiency and quality that is expected of our Employees.
