My client based in Warwickshire is looking to hire a Supported Living Manager to manage various services across the county.This role can be temp to perm or a straight perm for the right candidate.

The primary role of a Supported Living Manager is to assist the Head of Supported Living Services to lead teams to provide a customer-focused, high quality service to people with a learning disability and their families. You will have a visible presence within the services, and you will deliver standards for quality, inclusion and excellence as set by the Head of Supported Living Services. In collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders, your whole focus will be to change lives for the better. You will need to be prepared to work flexibly over a 7-day period and you'll be required to take part in an out-of-hours management on-call rota.

As the Supported Living Manager you will be carrying out a range of duties which include some of the following

-To deliver high quality, outcome focused services, in accordance with the providers systems and processes.

-To take ownership of key tasks, be solution focused, and ensure the team get things done and holds them accountable.

-To manage the staff rota, designated administrative support and staff team to complete administrative tasks in a timely, accurate manner.

-To motivate teams to achieve excellence, making sure people with a learning disability are at the heart of everything we do.

-To communicate effectively and honestly with staff to keep them informed, engaged and productive.

-To proactively develop personal resilience for yourself and teams through the exposure to new development.

To be successful as the Supported Living Manager, you will have a wealth of experience in managing similar services and also line management experience. You will have an up to date enhanced DBS check and will also be a car driver with access to your own vehicle.Travelling between sites will be covered with car allowance.
