Field Sales / Business Development Executive, Salary: £25k + Car + Commission + excellent company benefits package and career development opportunities, Based: Nuneaton

Are you an ambitious and driven graduate, looking to kick start your career in a Graduate Sales role? OR are you a Sales Executive / Telesales Executive looking to step up into a field sales role? If either of the above rings true, then this could be the role for you.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a driven Business Development Executive / Field Sales Executive to work for dynamic and expanding market leader in portable accommodation, modular construction and storage solutions within their hire division.

The role:

This is a highly customer focused role, being responsible for developing new sales leads and opportunities via field prospecting to identify opportunities from new and existing clients in the region. Under the direction of the Head of Sales and supporting the Area Sales Manager, you will, in particular: Carry out prospective site and office visits to potential new customers to gather accurate, relevant information / fact find on potential opportunities with the specific aim of generating new business leads to be passed to the Area Sales Manager to then consult and close the business. The candidate will carry out market research in the field and give feedback to the business.

Candidate Requirements:
  • EITHER: a graduate, looking to kick start a career in a Graduate Sales role OR a Sales Executive / Telesales Executive looking to step up into a field sales role
  • Must be confident, ambitious, driven and tenacious and have the confidence to cold call on business face to face and network.
  • Able to deliver results against targets
  • Any experience of the cabin hire sector would be an advantage but is not essential
  • Must have a driving licence

Full product training and coaching will be provided.
