Mental Health and Wellbeing Trainer

Purpose of the job:

Under the direction of the Service Manager, to deliver and evaluate a range of recovery focussed courses and workshops for people who use the service. Geographic coverage / boundaries - Warwickshire North CCG Area for the AMBER project.

Location of Service Delivery - Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough for the AMBER Project. Evenings and weekend work will be required.

Applicants are required to have:

* A minimum of two year's experience of working with adults with mental health issues.

* A minimum of two year's experience of group facilitation or training.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, written and verbal.

* Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Mental Health.

* Evidence of continuing professional development.

* Up to date knowledge of mental health issues.

* Flexible approach to working evenings and weekends.
