The role: Learning and Development Coordiantor

The Salary: GBP18,000 - GBP20,000

The successful Learning and Development Coordinator will be responsible for;

The daily coordination and compliance of all administrative activities related to all personal development training and apprenticeship schemes

Coordinating all personal training along with supporting the apprenticeship programmes

Manage the ongoing daily compliance of the engineer apprenticeship scheme to include;

Recruitment and induction

Coordinate college block release dates

Coordinate engineer apprentice review meeting

Build strong relationships with college provider

Organise accomodation and travel where required for engineer apprentices

Support the running of the apprentice scheme including support assesors with visits

Manage apprentice holiday and sickness

Coo-ordiante personal development couses and schemes

The succesful Learning and Development Coordinator will demonstrate;

Solid Administrative experience with good levels of numeracy and literacy

Previous experience in a training/ apprentice support role would be advantageous but not a must

High levels of IT literacy

Able to communicate effectively with line managers and apprentices

The successful Learning and Development Coordinator will command;

A base salary of GBP18,000 - GBP20,000
