Salary: GBP21,000-GBP24,000 (OTE up to 35k - but uncapped commission)

Hours: 8.30am-5pm Monday-Thursday, Friday 8.30am-4.30pm

Duration: Permanent

We are looking for a Training Co-Ordinator with a proven track record within a sales environment. The most important thing to our client above and beyond anything is someone who is very driven and self-motivated.

Main attributes/responsibilities:

* To sell a range of training and related services offered by the company to existing clients/prospects and to co-ordinate the service delivery of the training ensuring it is completed on-time and to the required standard.

* Achieve sales targets agreed with the Head of Sales

* Process inbound sales enquiries and convert to order, seeking up-sell and cross-sell opportunities

* Be extremely focused and driven

* Undertake business development activity including prospecting /cold calling by telephone

* Contact those customers that have renewals or refresher training due and sell appropriate courses

* Generate sales/new business appointments for members of the sales and account management team and attend such meetings if requested to do so

* Maintain good customer relationship by regular contact by telephone and email

* Excellent communication skills both written and oral

* 'Can Do' attitude

* Must be 'Above the Line'

* Able to prioritise workload

* Attention to detail essential

* Must be able to work well as part of a team as well as working on own initiative

* Well presented

* Assign appropriate trainer to deliver course

* Liaise with trainer and customer regarding venue, facilities and requirements and issue confirmation of course arrangements

* Assist with preparing course materials and trainer pack where necessary

* Update course materials and presentations if requested to do so by the Head of Health & Safety

* Liaise with relevant parties to ensure customer service is provided in accordance with their individual SLA's

* Review customer feedback forms, take any corrective actions and escalate to Head of Sales if necessary

* Assist with post course admin where necessary

* Approve trainer invoices prior to payment

* Attend sales meetings and present KPI's on own performance along with a pipeline report

* Ensure agreed procedures are adhered to

* Maintain accurate records and update all systems appropriately, in particular CRM

* Qualifications/Education - Good general standard of education essential

* A relevant Health and Safety qualification desirable

* Other Skills required - Essential that the post holder holds a full clean driving license
