We are currently recruiting for a a Continous Improvement Analyst at our Telford site, to provide key information and analysis to the Continuous Improvement team and all areas in Operations in order to support the delivery of key targets and plans, to achieve world class efficiency in Operations.

Your challenge

In this role the key responsibilities will include:
  • Monitor and Maintain and where possible further develop the quality of database systems
  • Record and critically examine all the collected data from the various departments in the factory and giving immediate feedback to the person responsible for the data.
  • Supply of information to key customers based on data monitored
  • Creation of presentations for reports, projects and activities within the Operations area with the objective to automate tasks and reconcile the available data.
  • Calculation of production budgets including, production forecast (SAP) and filling line capacities and forecasting of KPI's
  • Process mapping of all departmental processes
  • Process improvements within the role
  • Reduce duplication of data handling / entry
  • Ensuring data capture to agreed levels with the aim of increasing automation
  • Creation and Implementation of new database structures for new processes
  • Improve Accessibility of data and information for the end users / customers
  • Supply of information to key customers based on data monitored
  • Documentation and mapping of departmental processes, structures and systems
  • Analysing business requirements, recommendation, definition, implementation of system solutions
  • Auditing of existing databases and tools for data integrity and process compliance
  • Ensuring delivery of KPI reports at the agreed quality and frequency
