We are now recruiting for a very exciting opportunity as a Centre Administrator to work for Nova training in the workshop.In this role you will be required to monitor and input learners attendance on a daily basis, you will also be required to answer the telephone in a professional manner, and as an administrator you will carry out general administration tasks, actively use company databases to retrieve and generate information, The successful candidate will need to have previous experience and/or qualifications in administrator and front of house roles. The position is part-Time and will be working Monday-Friday from 9-1 each day,please note that due to this role being part-time, the salary will be pro-rota.

Essential Attributes:

* Have an approachable, friendly and courteous manner and remain professional at all times

* To be able to talk to, understand and engage with the 14-19 age group

* Able to work well individually and as part of a team

* Good understanding of English and Maths in order to perform tasks

* To be able to work to tight deadlines and possess the ability to work under pressure

* Be aware of safeguarding and confidentiality in the workplace

* Computer literate

Desirable Attributes:

* Previous experience working at a training provider and working with the 14-19 age group

* Previous experience of working with young adults who are recognised as having behavioural issues and/or learning difficulties

* Qualifications in Business Administration, IT and/or Customer Service
