BMS Senior Sales Executive

- As an experienced sales professional, your responsibilities will involve cultivating and managing new customer relationships whilst seeking out, qualifying and closing new sales opportunities. You will be selling an exciting range of technology led services that enable building managers optimise the performance of their buildings - reducing service and energy costs, and improving occupants' productivity and wellbeing. You'll utilise sales tools to plan and document progress and increase business opportunities in the market whilst providing regular reporting of the sales pipeline.
- The ideal candidate for this role should be a commercially and technically astute, experienced salesperson with a significant track record of sales success within an energy related or support service field. Technical understanding and knowledge of Building Energy Management Systems would be highly advantageous and essential to the role.
- As an individual you should be confident, tenacious and driven. You'll need to have excellent interpersonal communications skills (both verbal and written) as well as solid organisational skills including the ability to plan effectively and prioritise workloads. Due to the travel requirement of this role, it is essential that you possess a full UK driver's license.
