Adullam Homes are looking for a Customer Service Apprentice to join their team in Birmingham.
Job Title: Customer Service Apprentice
Salary: GBP5.50 per hour
Job Type: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Apprentice to train within our Central Rents & Charges Team.
Customer Service Apprentice - The Role:
This is a busy role in a sometimes challenging, but always rewarding, environment where you will gain invaluable experience within a Customer Service role and an insight into Adullam Homes and its customers.
To be successful in the role of Customer Service Apprentice you will have good customer service skills; good literacy, numeracy and communication skills; be patient and compassionate and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
