Our Office Support division in Hull is looking to recruit a Customer Service Representative to join an established manufacturing company in Lincolnshire. As Customer Service Representative, you will be the central point of contact between external customers and the organisation and effectively be the 'face of the company'.

THE ROLE:

The successful candidate will be part of an established team providing an excellent service from order to delivery. The role will involve various key duties as follows:

*Excellent customer service
*Maximising customer satisfaction by providing ideas for improvement
*Building customer loyalty and consistently delivering a high degree of accuracy
*Stock Management
*Forecasting
*Assisting with the management of customer artwork requirements
*Co-ordinating customer complaints and returned goods
*Participating on internal or external projects
*Consistently focusing on gaining knowledge through use of best practices and standard procedures

THE CANDIDATE:

*Customer focused and results driven
*Ability to use SAP or quick to pick up systems
*Experience working to KPIs
*Proven track record in previous customer service role
*Positive and proactive attitude with a good team approach
*Must possess English and Mathematics GCSE (or equivalent)
*Experience in manufacturing setting would be advantageous
*Microsoft Office skills (including Excel)
*Possess excellent communication skills
