Full Stack Developer

Location: Burton Upon Trent

Salary: GBP20,000 to GBP25,000

Our client, a software company based in Burton upon Trent, is currently recruiting for a Full Stack Web Developer to join their existing team. You will be working in a friendly environment and will receive ongoing training from the employer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new web applications and websites
  • Develop mobile apps
  • Customer support
  • Customer training

Essential:

Skills:

  • Strong communication, presentation and organisational skills.
  • Working knowledge of GIT
  • Debugging skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Experience with build management such as Gulp, WebPack and Maven

Experience with:

  • SASS
  • CSS
  • HTML 5
  • JavaScript / Typescript
  • Angular v1 and v2+
  • Bootstrap 3/4
  • Responsive or adaptive web development

Web service experience with:

  • REST
  • JSON
  • XML
  • OAuth

The right person will have:

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work within a team and independently
  • Attention to detail
  • Good time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Good problem-solving skills

Any experience with testing (UI, Automated and Unit), app development (Native and Hybrid), content management systems or additional software (Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign) would be advantageous.
