Lawyer with STEP accreditation and extensive private and elderly client experience required to join Stoke-on-Trent firm as Head of its Wills, Trusts and Probate Department.

With various accreditations from the Law Society, the firm is staffed by a team of expert Lawyers dedicated to maintaining and growing its loyal client base. Now rapidly expanding as a business due to sustained success, the firm is seeking a Head of Department: Wills, Trusts and Probate.

The Role
Are you a senior Solicitor or Legal Executive with solid experience in private and elderly client matters and a strong skillset in Wills, Probate, LPAs, Estate Administration, Tax, Trusts and Court of Protection? This is an opportune time to join this thriving firm and head up its Wills, Trusts and Probate Department. Applications are encouraged from Solicitors and Legal Executives with STEP accreditation who possess proven experience of managing a team. Your duties will include developing and growing the firm's client base, so it is essential to excel in business development activities. Managing your own caseload, you will have excellent client care and communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times. It will be advantageous to possess proven working knowledge of welfare benefits, care funding regulation and taxation. Some work attending clients outside of the office
