Working directly for the Chief Operating Officer (COO), the successful candidate will have a broad remit. Responsible for successful delivery and development of our key NHS accounts, the CCM will be a key figure within our business.

We currently operate across 25+ Clinical Commissioning Groups. The CCM will be the lead for these relationships going forward and will support the wider business in expanding the services on offer both in terms of their scope (and associated revenue), and in terms of the results being delivered for service users (or patients). All contracts and business activities are managed by clear and concise performance metrics and the successful candidate will use this data to manage and improve performance.

With a key focus on developing outcomes-focussed commissioning approaches with our partners, the CCM will use their skills and experience to develop the offering and will be driven to deliver measurable results.


* Own contracts for small/medium NHS customers and manage relationship based on clear SLAs and KPIs

* Build and maintain strong and effective relationships with senior decision makers in partner organisations

* Work with partners to identify and lead on new commissioning initiatives to improve patient outcomes, and take the lead with support of operational colleagues to ensure successful delivery

* Identify new opportunities within partner organisations and supporting sales in generating new contracts and revenue streams

* Support sales and marketing team with generation of relevant and insightful content based on work with partners

* Internal subject matter expert to support future development of product and service offering

Essential Skills/Experience:

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

* Public sector experience, ideally NHS

* Experience of working with broad and varied set of stakeholders

* Strong commissioning experience in a complex environment

* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

* Ability to build effective and sustainable relationships with senior decision makers

* Strong problem solving and organisation skills

* Developed analytical and interpretation skills, including working with complex data sets

Desirable Skills/Experience:

* Educated to degree level, and/or relevant professional qualification

* Track record in Projects/Change Management/Transformation


* £40,000 - £50,000

* £5000 Car Allowance

* Annual performance-related bonus

* 25 Days annual leave (plus bank holidays)
