Reward and Performance Manager
Are you an experienced Reward Manager, looking for an opportunity to work autonomously, whilst part of a broader HR team? Based from Lichfield, GBP50 - GBP60k + Benefits, an opportunity has arisen within an organisation looking to overhaul its Reward offering. The organisation supports flexibility around hours, with the opportunity to consider a 4 day week.
As the Reward Manager you will define and implement the organisations Reward strategy and implement the annual performance management cycle. You will work with a broad range of stakeholders, including Board/ Exec level. The role will be instrumental in upgrading and improving the Reward offering to ensure the organisations ability to attract top talent.
There will be an opportunity to review their Flexible Benefits, review the Car Fleet policy, oversee bonus structures and performance-related pay.
As an experienced Reward professional you will have experience of Performance Management processes, Pensions, and Reward. You will have strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to influence and change.
