We are looking to recruit a Sales and Account Executive who will be responsible for the successful delivery of products and services provided to customers. You will be the 'leading' stakeholder and interface between the business and our customers. A key member of the sales team to ensure that our customers receive a first-class service consistently.

Key Duties:

·Responsible for the day to day running of customer accounts, answering enquiries/queries via telephone and email.

·Working to meet daily/Weekly/Monthly sales targets.

·Generate new business through warm leads and existing customers.

·Responsible for outbound calling.

·Responsible for preparing quotes and following up to close the sale.

·Responsible for upselling and cross selling SmartWater products and Services to new customers.

·Maximizing customer retention though upselling and cross selling SmartWater products and Services to existing customers.

·Achieve both individual and team targets.

·Ensuring customer accounts are paid on time.

The successful candidate will have the following:

·Must have a proven background in customer management /development and a track record of achievement.

·Minimum of 2 years working within a sales environment

·A can-do attitude.

·Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to influence.

·Prior Sales and Account Management experience.

·Excellent telephone etiquette.

·Experience delivering high levels of customer service.

·Used to working to targets/KPI's.

·Self-motivation and positive attitude

·Willingness to learn

·MUST have a valid and clean UK driver's license.
