We are currently recruiting a Service Recovery Advisor for one of the largest Utility companies in the West Midlands.

Service Recovery Advisor - Role Objective:

This role is responsible for responding to written/verbal customer contacts and complaints
The role holder will also deal with any customers where there is a potentially longstanding, long running or complex issue where we will need to proactively manage the customer to ensure we deliver excellent service and keep them fully informed

Service Recovery Advisor - Accountabilities:

Liaise with other areas of the business in order to meet our Regulatory requirements and provide a full and complete response
Monitor progress of response and chase / escalate as appropriate
To contact the customer (or the customers representative) primarily by telephone with confidence & knowledge to resolve the complaint
Identify complaint trend data and/or weekly performance statistics to feed into Root Cause analysis
The Role Holder will adhere to all rosters produced by either the Central Rostering Function or the Management Team
The Role Holder will be adhere to a standard flexible working contract (8.00am - 8.00pm Monday to Friday and 8.00am - 1.00pm Saturday

Service Recovery Advisor - Experience:

Proven experience of succeeding in a customer facing role
Excellent IT skills - especially Word and Excel
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills


GCSE's or equivalent in English and Maths at grade C or above

Duration: The role to start as soon as possible until 15th Nov 2019
Hourly rate: GBP10.50
Location: Coventry
