They are looking for a highly efficient, creative and enthusiastic Visual Merchandising Communications Senior Specialist to join the E&CL Marketing team. Reporting to the Senior Retail Marketing Manager and working closely with the Business & Product management team, the main responsibility of the Visual Merchandising Communications Senior Specialist is to develop and deliver new launch and seasonal VM guidelines in line with the 360-marketing calendar to drive instore effectiveness and consistency for our brands globally.

They are looking for a person who can:

* Manage all aspects of global POS from development to artwork to be communicated globally

* Support the execution of retail marketing concepts for own and indirect retail

* Support the Heads of Business & Product Management in the development of product assortments and campaigns as per business needs

* Development of store plan layouts for new stores and seasonal campaigns in conjunction with the Senior Retail Marketing Manager

* Develop and provide related reporting on visual merchandising implementation across regions


* Business KPIs (shared): net sales, gross profit %, EBIT, cash flow

* Function specific: time to market, brand desirability, NPS, other specific retail KPI's (including marketing activities ROI)

Your Experience:

* Proven track record as of Visual Merchandising with high-end retail experience in homewares is essential at head office level

* 4- 7 years of relevant Retail Marketing experience (trade marketing, Visual Merchandising, VM guidelines, store concepts etc.)

* A proven track record in developing and implementing successful Retail Marketing strategies internationally with proven expertise in developing all aspects of Retail Marketing appropriate to premium lifestyle brands.

* Comprehensive experience of working with Photoshop, illustrator & Indesign

* Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

* Self-confidence to sell ideas and brief agencies and the marketing teams

* Great organisational skills and focused on meeting deadlines

* Creative ability

* Customer focused with strong commercial awareness with good knowledge lifestyle trends
