POSITION: Office Administrator

SALARY: £17,550

HOURS: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday

BENEFITS: Company Pension, Profit Related Bi-Annual Bonus and Parking Scheme.

Face2Face Contact is one of the UK's leading Field Services companies specialising in the utilities sector. They have exciting opportunities for you to be part of a rapidly growing organisation, based in Stratford Upon Avon.

They are looking for a Collections Advisor and Disconnections Co-ordinator to join their dynamic and enthusiastic team.

  • Communicating and liaising with customers, clients and third parties through various methods of communication
  • Negotiating the best payment option for the customer, client and Face2Face
  • Co-ordinating live on day activity between various parties
  • Actioning daily files for our clients and reporting within deadlines
  • Completing a range of reports
  • Improving processes and promoting change wherever possible
  • Taking pride and ownership of tasks as well as being responsible for reporting directly to management.

  • Is driven and has the energy to engage and a passion to grow
  • Has an eye for detail and accuracy
  • Has excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships
  • Can organise and manage their workloads to specific deadlines
  • Is highly motivated with the ability to work under own initiative
  • Is proficient in MS Office packages, however full training is provided
  • Previous office experience is preferred.
