Hours: Full time Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

DHM Wynchwood LLP is an established Independent Financial Services Company with over 40 years experience. Our financial advisers are fully qualified and experienced in providing advice on pensions, investments, mortgages and insurance products.

We understand the needs of professionals who often require financial plans that are flexible and address their complex requirements. At DHM Wynchwood we pride ourselves on being able to provide top quality advice resulting in long term results for our loyal clients.

Due to our success we are expanding our team and consequently are looking for Administration Support. Reporting to the Administration Manager, Kay Atkins, you will:

·Obtain valuations for clients from providers

·Offer client servicing support, including arranging withdrawals

·Input data on our internal system using Intelliflo software

·Meet and greet all clients and visitors

·Provide refreshments to clients and visitors

·Be responsible for the meeting rooms and office tidiness and appearance

·Complete ad hoc Admin tasks

We are looking for an approachable, proactive and confident individual who is able to balance a busy workload whilst ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standard.

The successful applicant should have a good level of face to face and telephone customer service experience in addition to:

·Excellent spoken and written communication skills

·The ability to multi-task

·The ability to work well individually and as part of a team

·Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products

·Attention to detail

In addition, the following would be desirable, but not essential:

·Experience with Intelliflo software

·Experience in financial services
