A new, exciting opportunity for a Head of Supported Housing has arisen for an established social housing provider based in the Birmingham area on a fixed term basis.

As the Head of Supported Housing your duties will be:
• To lead on the planning, development and delivery of health and wellbeing programmes
• Work proactively by identifying new income streams and managing existing contracts
• Responsible for the provision of Health and Wellbeing services to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
• Enhance the organisations wellbeing service offer whilst working towards extending and supporting new communities
• Working with other departments such as the Employment and Skills team to add value and maximise the effectiveness of available resources
• Manage a diverse range of services and regularly review the income and expenditure budgets
• Work effectively in accordance with the company policies and procedures
• Identify strategies to tackle health barriers and create effective solutions by creating business plans and risk management frameworks

As the Head of Supported Housing you will have:
• A degree or equivalent level in a relevant field with relevant training and experience
• The ability to work under pressure and have a track record of success in leading the delivery of programmes
• A strong track record of leadership and supporting employees to achieve KPI's and goals
• Experience of planning and managing a number of initiatives designed to improve health, fitness and quality of life
• Working successfully in partnership with key stakeholders to provide advice and support services
