Lettings Administrator - Burton on Trent - Up to GBP18k Pro Rata
**Part Time - 3 days a week**
My client are a multi branch, Independent Lettings and Estate Agency with franchised offices across the UK and are seeking an experienced Lettings Administrator for their vibrant office in Burton on Trent. My client always aim to deliver a TOP NOTCH level of service to all customers and clients with their ideal candidate striving to continue that.
They are seeking an experienced Lettings Administrator to work PART TIME (3 days a week) where your main duties will include dealing with incoming calls and enquiries, booking viewings, valuations, preparing move in files, ensuring applications and referencing are dealt with, liaising with tenants and landlords, ordering EPC's, uploading of property details to websites, advertising, making sure the database is up to date and all general administration.
Essential Skills for the Lettings Administrator Role:
* Current Residential Lettings Experience
* An analytical person who can communicate well with Landlords and Tenants
* Ability to work closely with a team to ensure that you provide excellent customer service.
* Good Organisational Skills
* Ambitious and a desire to succeed
The role will be working either Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday or Thursday, Friday and Saturday
