Our client is a market-leading, family-owned business who are well established in the FMCG industry and provide a top-quality service to their customers. We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced candidate to join the team as a Print Room Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have experience working on a production floor within a print room environment and have particularly good computer skills. This is a genuine opportunity offering a foundation to advance your career. Please note the right candidate will be expected to work 5 days on 2 days off and the working hours are 7:00am to 17:00pm.

Main responsibilities:

* To ensure that all aspects of the Print Room are managed and that all production processes are supplied with labels to the correct standard and in a timely manner.

* To ensure that all label stocks are maintained to their optimum levels at all times

* To ensure that labels are made available to the Pack House in a timely fashion.

* To ensure accurate & clear printing of labels at all times

* To ensure D + Sheets are read accurately and are fully understood.

* To ensure all staff rosters complement the requirements of the business.

* Maintain a concise & accurate label database to prevent printing errors.

* To supervise attendance, timekeeping & work performance of all Print Room staff.

* To manage a team including holidays, disciplines and return to work interviews.

* To ensure that all printers are maintained and cleaned including printer heads.

* To adhere to all aspects of the company hygiene policy and all operational procedures.

Key Skills & Experience:

* Strong MS Word & Excel skills

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Highly organised with the ability to work with large amounts of data

* Strong attention to detail

* Experience in a busy printing environment is desirable

* Fluent in English, and any other additional languages to a verbal standard would be beneficial
