Administration job based in Stratford Upon Avon
Your new company
You will be working for a large prestigious family company that has been in operation for over 70 years. They now have multiple site across the UK but their head office is based in newly renovated offices in Stratford Upon Avon. The company has recently gone through an expansion which is why this vacancy has now come about.
Your new role
You will be working within a busy repairs department where you will be processing the repair slips, taking calls from manufactures and customers regarding updates on works. This is a busy role and will require you to ensure that the system and Excel is updated at all times along with being able to juggle multiple tasks. You will also be required to work 2 out of 4 Saturdays but will get a day off in the week.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previously worked in a busy sales administration or repair office and have strong administrative and customer service skills. Knowledge of Excel and word is essential.
