Our client currently runs a project to support unemployed or economically inactive adults within Wolverhampton to improve their employability.
Volunteer / Lead (Trainer)
Hours: 15 per week
Salary:
GBP21,000 - GBP24,000 pa pro rata, depending upon skills and experience
Based: Wolverhampton

This is a fixed term contract until end of May 2020.
They are looking for an enthusiastic individual with proven experience to deliver sessions training people to become accredited volunteers who will help run Social Hubs. The Social Hubs will take place in community venues for people to share interests, build skills and reduce social isolation.
Duties will include:
  • Identifying training needs of all new clients
  • Delivering variety of training courses
  • Promoting the Training and Social Hubs to participants
  • Engaging with all clients to encourage participation in Training and social integration.
A Train the Trainer qualification (or equivalent) is essential along with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. You will have previous experience of working in a training delivery role. Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills are essential.
