Your new role
You will be working as an inbound customer service advisor for a large corporate company based in Nuneaton, delivering excellent customer service and providing support and solutions for callers. You will be the first line of contact for customers with a variety general queries and complaints and need to be able to work efficiently to log their calls while simultaneously providing excellent service. There are set shift patterns for the role, however you would need to be able to work Monday - Sunday from 8:00-0:00.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have previous experience within a customer service role and have a brilliant telephone manner, as the role requires for you to log calls while discussing customer needs. You will need to have exceptional organisation skills to deal with a high-pressured environment as you will be supporting with a multitude of customer needs. You will also need to have strong IT skills and ideally you will have previous systems experience. You will either need to be able to drive, or travel to Atherstone, and be flexible with your working hours
What you'll get in return
The salary for the position is GBP21,500, working 40hrs a week.
