My client, a successful family business based on the edge of the Cotswolds, is looking for an experienced Office Manager/PA to work closely with the director of the business.

The role is a stand alone job and therefore, the ideal candidate must be able to self manage and take full responsibility of the office function, ensuring the prioritisation of tasks to meet deadlines at all times. You must have exceptional organisational skills, be highly accurate and possess a high level of written and spoken English.

The role will involve diary management, processing transactions, arranging couriers and insurance for shipping. You will prepare the accounts for the Accountant and therefore, someone with experience of purchase ledger, invoicing and processing commissions and expenses will be preferred.

Hours of work 10am-6pm Monday to Friday.
