The Opportunity

  • Building a team of successful perm consultants
  • Operate a billing desk
  • Play a vital role in the generation of new profitable business
  • Be responsible for the reporting of weekly figures
  • Eventually take responsibility of perm billers based in Wales
  • Professional and pro-active staff leadership
  • Excellent team motivator
  • Recruit and develop new consultants

The Person

  • Must have a minimum of 2 years perm manufacturing recruitment experience
  • Must have a strong sales and service background
  • Have a sound geographical knowledge of the Manufacturing Midlands Market
  • Management experience is desirable yet not necessary
  • A track record of achievement in the business to business arena
  • Inspires people with their enthusiasm and optimistic nature
  • Results orientated
