Research Team Supervisor

From offices in the centre of Birmingham you will oversee and line manage a team to ensure timely, efficient and accurate research is completed for advisers. You will undertake comprehensive financial research on products and investments on an independent basis, preparing and delivering bespoke investment reports for use by Advisers when liaising with clients. You will liaise with multiple IFA's regularly, therefore developing strong relationships is key to this role. In addition, you will be looked upon to lead from the front, ensuring your team are bought in to providing exceptional service and meeting company SLA's. You will take responsibility for managing work-flow issues and dealing with complex queries, escalating to the Technical Manager as appropriate.

- Diploma in Financial Planning - minimum requirement
- Experience of financial planning research and production of suitability reports
