The Client
My Client is a leading provider of refurbishment services in the UK - covering everything from community regeneration and refurbishment to planned maintenance and responsive repairs. Due to managing an increased amount of properties, they are looking to recruit a Tenant Liaison Officer covering the central Birmingham area.

The Role
You will be responsible for liaising with Tenants, Stream / Site Managers and the Client regarding access and programme of works for a variety of structural works in domestic dwellings.


Liaising closely with Tenants & Scheme Manager regarding access and programme of works
Assisting and liaising with Site Managers, Supervisors and the Client
Contacting neighbourhood housing associations and establishing working relations
Visiting tenants and advising them on completion dates, schedule of works etc.
Attending & chairing tenant forum meetings and open days to advise tenants of works being completed
Conducting surveys
Pre-entry visits to introduce the company & to advise tenants on works being completed
General administration including printing letters, updating files and trackers, arranging appointments etc.Qualifications & Experience

Must have a minimum of 1 year's previous experience of working as an RLO / TLO on social housing projects
