Pinpoint recruitment are currently recruiting Support Workers to work in Stourbridge and surrounding areas.

We require applicants who are strong minded, calm under pressure, assertive and have the ability to turn negative situations into positive outcomes. the successful candidates will be paid a competitive salary: You will be working with a range of clients with differing needs such as Challenging behaviour, Mental Health and eating disorders.

In order to succeed in this role, you will need to have the following skills which are an essential part of this role:

o 6-month previous experience

o Physical intervention experience

o Experience working within a mental Health Service

o A current DBS (preferably on the Update service)

o Experience working with clients with challenging behaviour

o Ability to build rapport with the clients.
