  • You will oversee and manage and implement all HR strategic initiatives for Ansty Park operations
  • You will work with key business leaders to continuously improve workforce effectiveness and performance, ensuring measurement and management processes are in place
  • You will formulate and recommend human resources goals focussing on establishing a high-performance culture that emphasizes quality, productivity, professional development and the acquisition of high performing employees
  • You will develop and monitor our human resources policies and operating budget to support business goals
  • You will lead the organizational and workforce planning processes for operations and supporting functions
  • You will need to anticipate and plan for long-term human resource needs and trends together with business management
  • You will lead and manage work for a team of business partners and HR Specialists
  • You will be responsible for managing all information, consultation and negotiation activity with trade unions and other elected employee bodies
  • You will manage staff selection, performance, development and training processes to ensure team competencies and capabilities to reach the business goals and expectations
  • You will consistently exercise your independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
  • You have a post-secondary degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience that will enable you to meet and exceed the job expectations
  • You have excellent leadership and management skills to enable the creation of a highly capable and sustainable Human Resources Function
  • You are a subject matter expert and have the ability to develop and implement Human Resources processes/programs
  • You will have significant experience of consulting and negotiating with unions and other elected employee bodies
  • You're able to utilize the latest technology to enhance the growth of our business
  • You're capable of driving change transformation and strategy execution to achieve specific business results
  • You have the ability to influence the resolution of highly complex or unusual business problems, and you'll be able to apply advanced analytical thought and judgment
  • You will be able to demonstrate a high level of ethical behaviour in exercising judgment and discretion in matters of significance
  • You will possess excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills with the ability to negotiate and influence, while exercising sensitivity to the audience
